About the cocktail
A cocktail with white wine from the 2014 Havana Club Grand Prix competition, created by global winner Andy Loudon, combines several layers of acid and sweet.
35 ml Havana Club Añejo 3 years
35 ml of fresh pineapple juice
25 ml of white wine of sauvignon
10 ml of sugar syrup
1 sprig of mint
3 Ice cubes
1 Shaker or large pot with lid
Add all the ingredients in a shaker or a large pot with ice cubes. Squeeze the lime. Shake hard for 30 seconds. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Decorate with a sprig of good grass and … cheers!
