Coconut Milk and Rice Dessert
This is a cuban variant of the rice and milk dessert who adds coconut milk as an enhancer. I hope you enjoy it.
- 230g Rice
- 600ml Coconut Milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Sugar at your taste
Wash carefully the rice and cook it at low fire, when the rice is soft, Add the milk and the sugar, move constantly with a wooden stick until a cream is formed. Put in a boll and add powder cinnamon. Cool in the fridge until is ready to serve.
